Here’s a list of some of the things I've been loving this month:
I’ve heard so many raves about this bronzer that I finally caved and bought one for myself this month. For those with a more pale complexion like mine, this bronzer is the perfect sculpting shade that leaves you with perfect chiseled cheek bones without getting that muddy color that some sculpting powders create. He recently released two more shades, for those who need a darker contour. Definitely lived up to the hype.
I’ve had this glitter eyeliner for a while but oddly I was inspired to bring it back after watching the olympics. With athletes like Simone Biles (who was def working her glitter liner),who reminded me how fun it can be to add a little sparkle to your look.
I’ve own a couple of fan brushes but this oversized Morphe fan brush applies highlight like nothing else. It’s perfect for an intense highlight and applies the product without creating streaks. Another tip if you want a super intense highlight is to apply the product with a damp beauty blender. You can thank me later.
I’ll be the first to admit that I always judge a book by it’s cover, or in this case a fragrance by it’s packaging. I feel in love with the delicate illustrations on the bottle, and if you read my July Favorites post then you get my connection to peaches. So I just had to have it, and of course it’s a plus that it smells super flirty and fun for the last few weeks of summer.
Fashion & Accessories
I bought these heels on whim and they’ve been my favorite purchase this month. I love their vintage design (that I’ve been seeing everywhere these days), the ivory color and soft brushed suede. They really can go with any outfits, dressed up or down. Oh and they’re super comfy too.
Celine Trio Handbag
This is a bag that I’ve had for a while but it’s been getting a lot of love this month. It’s an older Celine design that you can probably still find on some resale sites. It’s soft leather and sizable 3 pockets make it perfect for a night out, it can literally fit all your essentials and then some.
Delicate Earrings & Chokers
Again, if you read my July Favorites posts you’ll know that I just pierced my ears. This month I’ve been loving delicate earrings that are understated but super pretty accessories. That goes for necklaces too, and since chokers have been a thing I love finding dainty chokers that create a less grungy and more girly statement.
This little speaker is my fav anytime of the day, I’m always blasting music or podcasts on it. It’s sound quality is incredible for something so small. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a small sound system for your nightstand.
DIY Wall Decor
I made this DIY wall piece a while back using fake flowers, my initials and some hot glue. I’ve adding lots of pieces to my room this month and this is just one example. I’ll be working on a whole wall for my studio that I’ll def write a post about some time next month.
