If you’re anything like me, then you love traveling and everything that comes along with it. I really enjoy packing up my stuff, collecting travel sized products and organizing them in little pouches. And since I’ll be doing quite a bit of traveling over the next few weeks, I thought I’d share my carry-on essentials:
I usually change up my carry-on bags, but this one is my current fav. It’s big enough to fit everything I might need and I love to keep it fun with pins and patches. Pockets are essential to my carry-on luggage and as you can see this bag has a lot of them, inside and out. There’s a place for everything and keeps it all very accessible.
Everyone carries an emergency kit. Mine is usually full of meds, band-aids, lip balm, tissue, moisturizer and sanitizer. I usually use this kit once I get to my destination too, keeping it in my handbag just in case.
I usually hate to travel with a full face of make-up, but before I land I often like to touch up my sleep-deprived face just to look a little more alive. I usually keep some moisturizer or primer, foundation, concealer, face powder, blush, mascara and highlighter.
I don’t travel anywhere without my tech gear. That includes my laptop, headphones, camera andall the cables that go with them. My noise canceling Bose headphones are my favorite accessory to travel with, they have incredible sound quality and are perfect for blocking out the rest of the world. Camera’s are of course essential for documenting any trip, and I never go anywhere without my MacBook.
Whether it’s a novel, journal, planner or magazine I usually have a collection of books with me. Stuff to keep me entertained on the flight or flip through while I’m lying on a beach somewhere. I always carry my planner and journal with me to stay on top of things and document my time away.
