What is your shipping schedule?
We do our best to ship out orders within two business days. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been fulfilled. If you have not received one, please check your spam folder as it will often appear there.
Do you ship internationally?
We don’t ship internationally at the moment, we are only shipping within the UAE. However we hope to be able to ship all around the world very soon! Follow us on instagram @chrstneshop for any updates.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order times vary depending on location. Typical order times are between 2-5 business day, but please note that, while we try our best to get your order out as soon as possible, once it leaves our hands it is up to the delivery service to fulfill your order in a timely manner.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days. However, you will be required to pay the return postage. If you need to return or exchange an item please email us at chrstne.shop@gmail.com
